Quality Standards
The Global Test Facility allows for specialized testing and product evaluations, with the support of professional personnel who are committed to consistently meeting or exceeding quality furniture testing. This facility also develops test programs to evaluate function, safety, durability, and structural adequacy of their products to determine the most suitable component for specific products.
Environmental Initiatives
Prior to environment protection legislation, Global had established their own standards for sustainable practices, developing new technologies, and reusing materials to safeguard the environment. Global believes they have a responsibility to safeguard the environment, which is one reason they established the Global Group Environmental Committee. This committee encourages sharing ideas, practices, and technologies that protect the environment and people’s health.
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
Global’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Group and Indigenous Advisory Council was created to support the success of their employees and strengthen their commitment to the community. These groups are committed to understanding the issues that impact them directly, strengthening internal talents to provide better opportunities for advancement of all, and creating a diverse workforce.
