  • After product has been ordered, we receive it in our warehouse and notify stakeholders.
  • We manage and schedule the delivery and installation of product with stakeholders.
  • We provide invoicing services for ongoing projects.
  • We ensure payments are made in a timely manner.

We have a variety of long-term partners ready to help us manage our workload related to legal, accounting, warehousing, deliveries, installation, recycling, etc. as needed.

We commit to seamless integration with your project team to manage a successful project outcome. 

  • Project manager prepares workback schedule
  • Sales team introduces project manager to client  
  • Sales team ensures accuracy of specs and drawings with the CAD team
  • Project manager oversees timely order placement with sales support team
  • Project manager attends site meetings and proactive communication with client  
  • Project manager prepares final schedules and coordinates execution with the scheduling team
  • Project manager reviews install drawings, schedules, and assesses risks/challenges minimum 1 week prior to install 
  • Project manager communicates items that may affect construction schedule to client  
  • Project manager submits schedule revisions to client 
  • Lead installer and project manager provide on-site presence 
  • Lead installer and project manager reviews installation, notes deficiencies, and does the final walkthrough with clients
  • Sales team manages all post project requests following main project 

Along with our key suppliers, Teknion and Global, we manage risk in the manufacturing process with a vertically integrated supply chain which ensures direct control while manufacturing products. This allows for a shortened manufacturing cycle, quick responses to increases in business volume, and stronger control over product quality.
